Our school is a play-based preschool. Play-based learning emphasizes the importance of hands-on, active experiences that engage children's natural curiosity and creativity.
Our school is the only school in Wyckoff that is Grow NJ Kids rated!!
Learning starts early. Even before children crawl, they’ve started to develop learning, language and social skills. Their minds absorb everything around them so we make sure to provide a high quality learning environment.
Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey’s quality rating and improvement system. Its goal is to create universal standards of quality for all child care and education programs in NJ.
As a result of our participation in this program, our school:

Morning Programs

Must be 12 months by October 1 and be accompanied by a caregiver
This class is your child’s first introduction to school! Through music, activities and other learning opportunities, your child will gain independence and become more familiar with our school.

Age 2 by October 1
Separation from the family is a new concept for most 2-year- olds. The focus of the Tots class is helping them transition away from caregivers and toward independence.

Age 3 by October 1
Three-year-olds are just starting to come into their own! They are beginning to develop their executive functioning skills; planning, solving problems, and adapting to new situations.

Age 4 by October 1
Four-year-olds are ready for action! They are developmentally ready to make choices, work together, follow their own curiosity and further explore the foundations of literacy, math and hands-on science.

Age 5 by October 1
It’s not a race! Some children need the gift of time before heading off to kindergarten. Our Pre-K/TK program ensures each child has the opportunity for success once they leave our loving community.
Afternoon Enrichment

Cooking with Chef Angie nurtures the lifetime skill of healthy cooking starting at a young age.

Exploring art helps children develop a multitude of skills!

Nursery and Pre-K children have the opportunity to further explore our curriculum through an afternoon of academic, social - emotional, cognitive and gross motor learning experiences.

Our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) class uses hands-on experiences to encourage children to ask questions, embrace failure and create without boundaries.
