  • Families of all faith backgrounds are warmly welcomed at Wyckoff Reformed Church Nursery School.

As a ministry of Wyckoff Reformed Church, faith-based learning is a part of our program.

Children say a simple blessing before snack and lunch, and the church’s Director of Families and Pastor occasionally visit classrooms to share about important holidays such as Christmas and Easter.

Our focus is on teaching values like kindness, gratitude, and caring for each other.

  • Our morning classes follow a staggered start schedule and are each approximately 3 hours long.

Families also have the option to extend the day with our afternoon programs, which include lunch and enrichment classes. Afternoon programs offer a variety of pickup times to fit your schedule.

The full school day ends at 3:00pm Monday–Thursday and 2:00pm on Fridays.

Class offered in the afternoon include cooking, STEAM, Art, Kindergarten readiness and Fun Fridays.

  • Children in our younger Tots class do not need to be potty trained. Our staff is happy to support families whenever they decide to begin the potty training process.

Older children, including those entering our Nursery program (3 years old by October 1), must be fully potty trained by the start of the school year.  Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! We are here to help!

  • Registration typically opens each January for the following school year. Current families and church members receive priority registration before enrollment opens to the public.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage families to register early to secure a spot.

We offer tuition discounts for families who are active members of Wyckoff Reformed Church, for siblings, and for military families. We also participate in the New Jersey Childcare Assistance Program (NJ CCAP).  Please contact the school office for more details on eligibility and how to apply.

  • Yes! We offer a summer camp program for children enrolled in our school who are entering Nursery, Pre-K, and Transitional classes.

Camp runs Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00am–1:00pm. Please remember to pack a lunch!

Our camp focuses on outdoor fun!—children spend time in our playground, garden, and outdoor classroom to enjoy nature as much as possible. Classrooms are air-conditioned for comfortable breaks from the heat when needed, ensuring a safe and fun day.
